Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of the Omniangle AI Portal (the "AI Portal"), also offered as OA Portals at oaportals.com, including any features that connect it to other services. The AI Portal is provided by Omniangle Technologies, LLC ("Omniangle", "we", "us") to businesses ("Customers") under a services agreement. If these terms and a Customer's services agreement conflict, the services agreement controls.
Who may use the AI Portal
The AI Portal may be used only by people a Customer has authorized ("Authorized Users"), using credentials issued to them. Credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared. We may suspend access we reasonably believe is compromised or used in violation of these terms. Access ends when the Customer's agreement ends or when the Customer removes a user.
Acceptable use
Use the AI Portal only for lawful business purposes and in line with applicable laws and the rights of others. Do not use it to infringe rights, distribute unlawful or harmful content, engage in malicious activity, or disrupt, misuse or reverse engineer the AI Portal.
Third-party and connected services
Some features rely on third-party providers, and some connect to services the Customer uses. A connected service is enabled only when the Customer or an Authorized User authorizes it, and its use remains subject to that service's own terms. The Customer is responsible for having the right to connect each service and for its use of it.
Where a feature can create, change or delete information in a connected service, that action is taken at a user's request. Users should review such actions before confirming them, and Customers should keep their own backups. Connections can be removed at any time in the AI Portal or in the connected service.
We may add, change or remove features, providers and connected services over time. Changes made by third-party providers are outside our control.
Content and AI output
Customers own their data and the output the AI Portal produces for them, subject to the terms of the providers involved. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it before relying on or sharing it. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Our rights
Omniangle owns the AI Portal and its software, designs and documentation. Customers receive the right to use the AI Portal for their internal business purposes while their agreement is in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as stated in the Customer's services agreement, the AI Portal and its output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Omniangle is not responsible for third-party or connected services. Liability is limited as set out in the Customer's services agreement.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; the effective date above shows when they last changed, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
