Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Omniangle Technologies, LLC ("Omniangle", "we", "us") handles information in the Omniangle AI Portal (the "AI Portal"), also offered as OA Portals at oaportals.com. The AI Portal is provided to businesses ("Customers") under a services agreement with Omniangle. If this policy and a Customer's services agreement conflict, the services agreement controls.
Information we process
- Account information: names, email addresses and sign-in details of the people a Customer authorizes to use the AI Portal ("Authorized Users").
- Content: prompts, conversations, uploaded files and the responses and files the AI Portal produces.
- Connected-service data: data from services a Customer or Authorized User chooses to connect, such as email, file-storage and accounting services.
- Usage and security information: sign-in events, IP addresses, device information and activity records.
- Billing information: payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
How we use information
We use information only to provide, operate, maintain, support, secure and bill for the AI Portal for the Customer it belongs to. We do not sell information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Connected services
A connected service is enabled only when the Customer or an Authorized User authorizes it. We access it only within the permissions granted, and only to provide the features the Customer uses.
Access credentials for a connected service are stored encrypted and used only to operate that connection. A connection can be removed at any time in the AI Portal or in the connected service. When it is removed, or when the Customer's agreement ends, its credentials are revoked or deleted. Data brought into the AI Portal from a connected service is kept and deleted like other content, as described below.
AI models and other third-party services
Some features send the relevant input to a third-party provider, such as an AI model provider, to produce a response. Where providers offer the option, we configure them not to use Customer data for training.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host, operate or bill for the AI Portal or deliver features a user requests; with connected services the Customer chooses; and when required by law, in which case we notify the Customer where permitted.
Storage and security
We protect information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, and limit access to personnel who need it. We notify Customers of security incidents as required by law and their services agreement.
Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as the Customer uses the AI Portal. Users and administrators can delete conversations, files and connections in the AI Portal. When a Customer's agreement ends, its data is deleted as described in the services agreement.
Your choices
The AI Portal is used on behalf of an organization. If you are an Authorized User, contact your organization's administrator about your information. Customers may contact us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
